Course description

This level is for students who have never studied Japanese or students who have studied Japanese before but want to start studying again from the beginning.

  1. The focus will be on listening and speaking.
  2. Characteristics of Japanese language such as the characters of Hiragana and Katakana will be explained and expressions that are useful mainly in business situations will be introduced using ibec original materials.
  3. To retain what you have learned in classes, a special card system will be used in the course.
  4. The textbook “Japanese for Busy People” will be used to learn grammar and more expressions.
  5. The course syllabus will be presented in the first class.

 

Instructors

All the instructors hold masters degree in the field of Japanese Pedagogy or language teaching and have extensive experience in teaching Japanese. Teachers at ibec make classes fun and care individual students.

Terms and Conditions:

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for tuition are available for cancellations placed before 5pm on June 7 (for Wednesday Course) or June 10 (for Saturday Course). Refunds are subject to a $20 administrative charge. Cancellations are accepted by E-Mail or in person only.
TRANSFER POLICY:
Students cannot have others take classes in their place. Contracts with ibec are private agreements and not transferable.
